At Skye Advance Africa, we utilize locally sourced materials that have undergone rigorous performance testing in our laboratory to ensure quality, best of case mechanical values , and cost efficiency. Our advanced composite construction, combining high fibre content multiaxial ECR glass fiber, relative density core sandwich, and high grade Bisphenol A based polymers, has demonstrated superior performance compared to aluminum, offering enhanced impact resistance. Core Sandwich with outside and inside skins are consolidated under relative vacuum pressure and injected with the minimum amount of resin producing a result that is strong and durable.

Composites offer a range of key advantages, making them ideal for marine applications. Their lightweight nature and high strength-to-weight ratio enhance efficiency and performance, while corrosion resistance ensures longevity in harsh environments. Durability provides long-term structural integrity, and flexibility in design allows for innovative, customized solutions. Additionally, composites enable the combination of different materials and geometries, optimizing strength, resilience, and functionality in a single structure.
